For merk you can put any helm with leach life. For help either get Lore (runeword for that + skills or Find a good circlet using gamble for one with + skills for sorc. Get Smoke armor for yourself, Rhyme shield, Spirit sword for weapon (yes for a castor). Google these runewords for the correct bases so you don’t waste your time. The funny thing is the answer to your last question is from Andy in Nm □□ But try to farm the countess for some runes get some rune words on your sorc, and merk.
